ORDER PROCESSING：

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed.

Jeopace reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Orders placed in the U.S., California, U.S. shipped;
Other countries and regions are shipped from China

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING： 

Business Days:

Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. 

Orders are processed within 24 hours, and shipped within 48 hours

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Free postage in most areas, if required, postage will be displayed on the checkout page

 

Shipping Time:

Most items are estimated to ship within 1-2 business days from Lifetime. 

Business days exclude Fridays and Saturdays.  This is the amount of time it takes to leave Lifetime.  At this point you will receive an email with tracking information to get an estimate of delivery time. 

Please note that transit time varies due to many factors and is not guaranteed. 

 

Cancellations：:

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and can only be processed if your order has not yet been sent to our factory for fulfillment.
